257. Francie Jean NEISLER. Born on 22 Jun 1957 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 5 Apr 1975 when Francie Jean was 17, she married Terry Lee TODD (343) , son of Charles Lee TODD (1930-) & Gloria Jean DAVIS (283) (1938-), in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Born on 15 Sep 1956.

They had the following children:
i. Raleigh Dustin. Born on 11 Aug 1981 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

ii. Brianna Lee. Born on 24 Apr 1983 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 28 Dec 2002 when Brianna Lee was 19, she married Dusty Reid COX, son of Dennis COX, in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Marriage Announcement: Mr. and Mrs. Terry Todd of Lexington are honored to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brianna Lee Todd to Dusty Reid Cox. Brianna is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Todd and Mrs. Juanita Neisler and the late Frank Neisler, Jr. all of Lexington. Dusty is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Cox and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Cox and the late Roy and Mable Bailey of Henderson. Brianna is a 2001 graduate of Lexington High School where she received awards in basketball, softball, and volleyball. She is presently pursuing a registered nursing degree at Jackson State Community College and has been accepted at the Northwest Mississippi Community College's nursing program in Senatobia, MS for the remainder of the program. Dusty is a 2000 graduate of Lexington High School where he earned awards on the baseball diamond. He graduated from the Tennessee Technology Center with Machinist and Tool and Die degrees. He is currently employed by Smith & Nephew of Memphis. Dusty and Brianna will exchange vows on December 28, 2002 at First Baptist Church in Lexington. Music begins at 3:30. No formal invitations will be sent. All friends and family are invited to the ceremony and the reception immediately following in the church fellowship hall.
