38. William Ronald COLLINS. Born on 29 Jan 1954 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 7 Jul 1978 when William Ronald was 24, he married Melissa Ann HAYWOOD, daughter of Clayton Lloyd HAYWOOD (1940-2002) & Patricia Ann HARDY (1942-). Born on 18 Apr 1961.
