Marion Otis married Lillie Mae STANFORD, daughter of George Washington STANFORD (1837-1912) & Martha Sue HINSON (1864-1955). Born on 28 Apr 1898. At the age of 92, Lillie Mae died on 23 Jan 1991. Buried in 1991 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

189. Katie B. COOK. Born on 14 Mar 1907. At the age of 82, Katie B. died on 23 Sep 1989. Buried in Sep 1989 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Katie B. married Carl Chester CASH. Born in 1904. At the age of 80, Carl Chester died in 1984. Buried in 1984 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

vii. Carl Wayne. Born on 8 Sep 1944. At the age of 19, Carl Wayne died on 11 Mar 1964. Buried in Mar 1964 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.
viii. Harry Dwight. Born on 4 Jul 1946.
