Family of Charles M. KEE (43) & Madge WILLIAMS

119. Buford KEE. Born on 30 Oct 1901. At the age of 51, Buford died in 1953. Buried in 1953 in Highland Cemetery, Greenfield, Weakley County, Tennessee.

Buford is remembered fondly as a kind and generous man who gave much money to charity and helped those in need. He was a leader in the Greenfield Church of Christ and was in the dry goods business in Greenfield and owned a farm outside Greenfield on the Lynn Point road.

Buford first married Elizabeth SWINDLE, daughter of Dempsey H. SWINDLE & Jane SHARP. Born on 30 Oct 1904. At the age of 35, Elizabeth died in 1940. Buried in 1940 in Highland Cemetery, Greenfield, Weakley County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Lizzie".

They had one child:
i. Charles. Born in 1930. At the age of 19, Charles died in 1949.

Cause of Death: Died from a brain tumor.

Charles married Evelyn HICKS.

Buford second married Viva HENLEY. Buried in Highland Cemetery, Greenfield, Weakley County, Tennessee.
