137. Gideon J. MASSEY. Born in 1891. At the age of 84, Gideon J. died in 1975. Buried in 1975 in Carroll County Memorial Gardens, Carroll County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Gid".

Gideon J. married Hessie Mae LEWIS, daughter of J.G. LEWIS (1847-1935) & Mary JOWERS (1852-1908). Born in 1892. At the age of 35, Hessie Mae died in 1927. Buried in 1927 in Carroll County Memorial Gardens, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

138. Nancy M. MASSEY. Born in 1893 in Tennessee. At the age of 90, Nancy M. died in Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1983. Buried in 1983 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Nannie".

On 2 Oct 1910 when Nancy M. was 17, she married James R. MILAM, son of John Marion MILAM (1860-1942) & Mary Sue ? (1859-1945), in Tennessee. Born in 1887 in Tennessee. At the age of 79, James R. died in Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1966. Buried in 1966 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Jim".

	i.	J. M.. Born in 1912. J. M. died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. J. M. married Tommy Rozelle BRANDON, daughter of William Sherman BRANDON (1871-1961) & Vennie Loluetta JAMISON (1877-1942). Born in 1914 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 72, Tommy Rozelle died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1986.
253	ii.	Georgia (1913-)
	iii.	Arlene. Born in 1916. On 2 Aug 1941 when Arlene was 25, she married Dodd C. BENNETT. Born on 28 Jan 1913. At the age of 58, Dodd C. died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 17 May 1971. Buried in May 1971 in Finley Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Served in the United States Navy Reserve during World War II. Cause of Death: Died in the May 17, 1971, tornado that demolished Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.
	iv.	Massey. Born in 1919.
	v.	Marion Pauline. Born on 23 May 1922 in Tennessee. At the age of 20, Marion Pauline died in Tennessee on 23 Feb 1943. Buried in Feb 1943 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

139. Sam Kirkland MASSEY. Born in 1896. At the age of 39, Sam Kirkland died in Henderson County, Tennessee in Mar 1935. Buried in Mar 1935 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Sam Kirkland first married Eva TATE.

They had one child:

Willard.

In May 1934 when Sam Kirkland was 38, he second married Newmie ROSSER, daughter of James W. ROSSER (1858-1924) & Mary Frances BLOUNT (1858-1950), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in 1891. At the age of 66, Newmie died in Henderson County, Tennessee in 1957. Buried in 1957 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

140. Susan Pearl MASSEY. Born on 16 Aug 1901. At the age of 66, Susan Pearl died on 19 Dec 1967. Buried in Dec 1967 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 28 Sep 1919 when Susan Pearl was 18, she married Edd MYRACLE, son of Robert Lee MYRACLE (1874-1965) & Viuna GRIGGS (1874-1953). Born on 30 Oct 1899 in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 96, Edd died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 17 Sep 1996. Buried in Sep 1996 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Occupation: Carpenter. Alias/AKA: "Elmer".
