On 15 May 1969 when Betty Lou was 20, she second married Joe Layman PERKINS Senior, son of Otis PERKINS & Ruth GOOLSBY, in Oak Cliff, Dallas County, Texas. Born on 31 Jul 1946 in Blue Mountain, Mississippi.

They had one child:

On 24 Sep 1976 when Betty Lou was 27, she third married William Dalton GOOLSBY Junior, son of William GOOLSBY & Sallie CHISM, in Blytheville, Arkansas. Born on 23 May 1932 in Mississippi. At the age of 54, William Dalton died in Blytheville, Arkansas in May 1987.
