She died on 2 Feb 2009 in Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennesee. She was buried on 4 Feb 2009 in Concord Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Barbara married Darrell TUCKER, son of Edward Lee TUCKER and Carrie SINGLETON, on 14 Sep 1973 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Darrell was born in 1952.
