On 26 Oct 1952 when Berthal Elizabeth was 13, she married Carl Edward BARTHOLOMEW Senior. Buried on 29 Nov 2002 in Poplar Corner Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Buddy".

Obituary: Funeral services for Buddy Bartholomew, 67, will be Today at 2:00 p.m. at Reeds Chapel in Lexington with burial to follow in Poplar Corner Cemetery. Survivors are his wife Berthal Bartholomew of Lexington; two daughters, Rhonda Johnson of Wildersville, Joy Beth Campbell; one son, Carl Edward Bartholomew Jr., of Wildersville; one brother, Billy Joe Bartholomew of Ledbetter, Kentucky; five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Kerry Campbell.


They had the following children:
