244. Doris Jane OWENS. Born on 11 May 1954 in Henderson County, Tennessee.

Doris Jane married Johnny Davis MOORE, son of Loy Davis MOORE (1911-1979) & Willie Clara COFFMAN (1914-1993). Born on 24 Sep 1948.

They had the following children:
i. Jay Dennison. Born on 17 Oct 1973. At the age of 29, Jay Dennison died in Mayfield, Kentucky on 7 Nov 2002. Buried on 9 Nov 2002 in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Funeral services for Jay Dennison Moore, age 29, of Lexington will be Saturday, November 9, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pine Grove Baptist Church near Lexington with Jimmy Burroughs officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. Jay died Thursday at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY from injuries received in a work related accident. Jay was a mobile home transporter for Clayton Mobile Homes in Jackson. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Stacy Powers Moore; his parents, Johnny and Doris Moore; a brother, Jake Moore; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. A.Z. Owens; his mother and father-in-law, Thomas and Peggy Powers and two brothers-in-law, Kevin and Robin Powers. He was preceded in death by a sister, Misty Moore and grandparents, James Owens and Loy and Willie Moore.



On 2 Sep 2000 when Jay Dennison was 26, he married Stacy Jenea POWERS, daughter of Thomas H. POWERS & Peggy BLACKWELL, in Henderson County, Tennessee.

Marriage Announcement: Mr. and Mrs. Thomas H. Powers of Cedar Grove, and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Moore of Lexington, are proud to announce the forthcoming marriage of their children, Stacy Jenea Powers, to Jay Dennison Moore. The future bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Imojean and the late Genie Blackwell of Cedar Grove and the late Ray and the late Callie Powers of Middleburg. She is a 1997 graduate of Lexington High School, a 1999 graduate of Jackson State Community College, and she attended Tennessee Technology Center in Jackson. Stacy is a Registered Dental Assistant and assists Bruce N. Hamilton, DDS, in Jackson. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. AZ and the late James Owens of Lexington and the late Lloyd Davis and the late Willie Moore of Cedar Grove. He is a 1991 graduate of Lexington High School and attended Jackson State Community College. Jay is employed with Clayton Homes in Jackson. The wedding has been set for the 2nd of September, 2000 at Pine Grove Baptist Church. Music will begin at 1:30 p.m. A reception is to follow in the church fellowship hall. All friends and family are invited to attend as Stacy and Jay start their new lives together. Invitations have been sent to out of town guests only.

ii. Misty Dawn. Born on 18 Nov 1980. At the age of 12, Misty Dawn died on 2 Jan 1993. Buried in 1993 in Pine Grove Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

iii. Jake Donelson. Born on 19 Mar 1986. Alias/AKA: "Jake".


245. Caffie Gail OWENS. Born on 29 Jun 1953 in Henderson County, Tennessee.

Caffie Gail married Dennis Wayne BRITT. Born on 7 Oct 1952.

They had the following children:
i. Jason Wayne. Born on 27 May 1974.

ii. Jeremy Franklin. Born on 27 Nov 1977.

iii. Jennifer Nichole. Born on 18 May 1983.


246. Teresa Gay OWENS. Born on 7 May 1965.

Teresa Gay married Tony Douglas SURRATT, son of Sidney Lee SURRATT & Mary Lee BURNS (1923-1999).

They had one child:
i. Terri Cassandra.


247. Lisa Kay OWENS. Born on 7 May 1965.

Lisa Kay first married Jackie BRADFORD.

They had one child:
i. David James.


Lisa Kay second married Keith ROGERS.

They had one child:
i. Stephanie De'ann.
