Evelyn married Jessie Franklin TOWATER, son of Ivy TOWATER and Onie BRINKLEY, on 14 May 1966 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Jessie was born on 6 May 1948. He died on 24 Sep 2016.

They had the following children.

52. Darla Renee PRITCHARD (Doris RINGOLD , Verlie Vernell HATCH , Josie A. KIRKSEY , Marshall Alexander ).

Darla married Danny Douglas HALTERS, son of Donald Ray HALTER and Dorothy DOUGLAS. The marriage ended in divorce. Danny was born on 1 Dec 1968 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.
