1. John PARKER was born in 1784 in Orange County, North Carolina. He died on 22 Oct 1864 in Henderson County, Tennessee. He was buried in 1864 in Jones Cemetery, Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee.

John married Sarah HILLIARD, daughter of Rightman HILLIARD and Elizabeth BROWN, on 19 Dec 1807 in Wake County, North Carolina. Sarah was born in 1790 in North Carolina. She died about 1835 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children.

+ 2 F i Mary Ann PARKER was born in 1809. She died before 1860.
+ 3 M ii John Rightman PARKER was born in 1810. He died on 9 Aug 1842.
+ 4 M iii James C. PARKER was born on 11 Mar 1811. He died on 25 Jan 1879.
+ 5 M iv Samuel S. PARKER was born on 22 Feb 1813. He died on 24 Mar 1883.
+ 6 F v Margaret PARKER was born in 1815.
+ 7 M vi Joseph A. PARKER was born on 29 Nov 1818. He died on 23 Mar 1854.
+ 8 M vii Hilliard R. PARKER was born in 1820.
+ 9 F viii Luisa Eliza PARKER was born in 1822.
  10 M ix Sydney PARKER was born about 1825 in North Carolina. He died before 1864.
+ 11 M x Priestly Ezekial PARKER was born on 10 Jun 1828. He died on 25 Jan 1906.
+ 12 M xi Sherrod (Shad) M PARKER was born about 1834. He died on 14 Sep 1891.

John also married Rebecca HILLIARD, daughter of Rightman HILLIARD and Elizabeth BROWN. Rebecca was born in 1791 in North Carolina. She died in 1871. She was buried in 1871 in Jones Cemetery, Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee.
