Family of Anna L. PEARSON (13) & John Thomas BIGGART

38. Susan BIGGART. Born on 21 Jun 1914 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 85, Susan died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 12 May 2000. Buried in May 2000 in Obion Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Susan "Peggy" Spain, 85, of Cedar Grove, died Friday, May 12, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services were held on Sunday, May 14, at the Obion Chapel Church of Christ. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Brother Lee Johnson officiated the services. Dilday Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Spain, the daughter of the late John Thomas and Anna Pearson Biggart, was born June 21, 1914, in Carroll County. She was a retired cook for Westview School and a member of the Obion Chapel Church of Christ. She was married to John Vascar Spain, who preceded her in death September 22, 1992. She is survived by two sons, Terry Spain and Conrad Spain, both of Huntingdon; six grandchildren, David Spain, Jeanne Spain, Kim Spain, John Spain, Timothy Spain and Adam Spain, all of Huntingdon; and two great-grandchildren, Cody Prince and Heath Spain, both of Huntingdon.

Susan married John Vascar SPAIN. John Vascar died on 22 Sep 1992.

They had the following children:
i. Terry. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in May 2000.

ii. Conrad. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in May 2000.
