124. Samuel Howard PEARSON Junior. Born in Nov 1923 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

In Dec 1948 when Samuel Howard was 25, he married Rebecca DODSON.

They had the following children:
i. Beckie. Born on 5 Nov 1950 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

ii. Elizabeth. Born in 1951 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.


125. Doctor John Spellings PEARSON Senior. Born in Jan 1932.

John Spellings married Nancy BOONE. Born in 1935. At the age of 66, Nancy died in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee on 29 Jul 2001. Buried on 1 Aug 2001 in Highland Memorial Gardens, Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee. Cause of death: Cancer.

Obituary: Services for Mrs. Nancy Boone Pearson are today, Wednesday, August 1, 2 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Jackson. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens with George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Pearson, who was 66, died Sunday, July 29, at Memphis of cancer. She was a health educator and the widow of Dr. John Spellings Pearson, Sr. She leaves a daughter, Amy Pearson Griffin of Memphis; a son, John Spellings Pearson, Jr., of Memphis and a grandchild.

They had the following children:
i. Amy. Resided in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee in Aug 2001.

ii. John Spellings. Resided in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee in Aug 2001.
