75. Arthur Ray AZBILL. Born on 21 Apr 1905 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 67, Arthur Ray died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 21 Jan 1973. Buried in Jan 1973 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Arthur Ray married Augusta TAYLOR. Born on 25 Aug 1918.

They had the following children:
i. Donald Ray. Born in 1943. Buried in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

ii. Jane.


76. O.C. AZBILL. Born on 31 Aug 1915 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 69, O.C. died on 3 Dec 1984. Buried in Dec 1984 in Highland Memorial Gardens, Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Bob".

O.C. married Sue FROMAN, daughter of Charlie FROMAN & Ruby MARSH.

They had the following children:
i. Bobbie Ruth.

ii. Tommy Neil.

77. Jessie Carl AZBILL. Born on 16 Nov 1915. At the age of 73, Jessie Carl died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 5 Apr 1989.

Jessie Carl married Robbie Lois COOPER, daughter of Ethan COOPER & Lela Gray TODD (1885-1960). Born on 6 Apr 1915 in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 87, Robbie Lois died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 8 Apr 2002. Buried on 10 Apr 2002 in Highland Memorial Gardens, Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Funeral services for Mrs. Robbie Lois Azbill, 87, will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Rev. Pat Kough and Rev. Randy Rinehart officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Azbill died Monday morning, April 8, 2002, at Northbrooke Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Ether R. and Lela Gray Todd Cooper and was born in Clarksburg, Tennessee. She was an employee of Bemis Cotton Mill for thirty-two years and was a member of West Jackson Baptist Church. Mrs. Azbill was preceded in death April 5, 1989 by her husband Jessie Carl Azbill and by a sister, Pearl Rush, and a brother, Johnnie Cooper. Survivors include two daughters, Thelma Carpenter of Jackson and Maybell Butler of Crockett Mills, TN and one son, James L. (Jim) Azbill of Jackson, eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. Grandsons, Daryl Azbill, Kelly Azbill, Russell Emerson, Brad Butler, Chris Peterson and Hugh Butler, will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M.
