Charles Kenneth WALKER. Born on 23 Jun 1940. At the age of 64, Charles Kenneth died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 17 Mar 2005. Buried on 21 Mar 2005 in Jones Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee in May 2004.

Obituary: Graveside services for Mr. Charles Kenneth Walker are scheduled for 12:00pm, Monday, March 21, 2005 at Jones Cemetery in Wildersville with Bro. Eic Martin officiating. Mr. Walker died Thursday in Lexington. He was born June 25, 1940 in Lexington to the late Buford and Jamie Rush Walker. He was a retred employee of Slaughter Brothers Lumber Shed and a member of the Sindicat Motorcycle Club in Memphis. He is survived by one son, Austin Walker of Yuma. He was preceded in death by one son, Josh Walker.

Charles Kenneth married Patricia ?. Resided in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee in May 2004.

They had the following children:
i. Charles Austin. Born on 16 Jan 1979. Resided in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee in May 2004. Resided in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee in Mar 2005.

ii. Terri.

iii. Joshua. Born on 31 May 1984 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. At the age of 19, Joshua died on 15 May 2004. Buried on 16 May 2004 in Jones Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee.

A Yuma man died early Saturday morning when he stepped in front of a tractor-trailer on Interstate 40 in Henderson County. Joshua D. Walker, 19, of 1075 Sandy Road in Yuma was killed at 12:40 a.m. at the 109 mile marker, in the eastbound lane near Parkers Crossroads/Lexington exit. The young man reportedly walked from the median into the left lane, stepping in front of a 2001 Kenworth tractor-trailer driven by Terrence L. Theroff, 56, of Montgomery, Indiana, according to Investigating Trooper Michael Riley. Mr. Walker was the son of Kenneth Walker of Yuma and Patricia Bratton of Memphis.



Obituary: Funeral services for Mr. Joshua D. Walker, 19, are scheduled for 4:00pm, Sunday, May 16 2004 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Eric Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Mr. Walker died early Saturday in Lexington. Survivors include his parents, Kenneth Walker of Wildersville and Patricia Bratton of Memphis, his brother, Charles Austin Walker of Memphis, and a grandmother, Ilene Bratton of Memphis.
