Andrew married Permelia DENNY on 2 Dec 1812 in Guilford County, North Carolina. Permelia was born on 23 Feb 1791 in North Carolina.

They had the following children.

  3 M i Maxfield WILSON was born in 1822 in North Carolina.
+ 4 M ii James Allen WILSON was born on 28 Feb 1831. He died on 20 Dec 1884.
  5 M iii Eli WILSON was born in 1834 in Tennessee.
