409. Warren Grover BELEW, GGG Grandson, M. Born on 11 Oct 1890 in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee. Warren Grover was 79 when he died in Carroll County, TN in 1970. Warren Grover was buried in Pisgah Cemetery, Atwood, Carroll County, TN.

He married Effie JONES, F. Born in 1895 in Atwood, Carroll County, TN. Effie was 68 when she died in Carroll County, TN on 21 Feb 1963. Effie was 68 when she was buried in Pisgah Cemetery, Atwood, Carroll County, TN on 22 Feb 1963.

Mrs. Effie JONES BELEW, wife of Warren BELEW, landowner and cotton ginner of
Atwood, died last Thursday at Milan Hospital after a short illness. She was 67
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at the Cumberland Pres-
byterian Church. Burial was in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Mrs. Belew was born
and reared in Atwood. She had taught for a number of years in Gibson County
schools. She leaves her husband, two daughters, Mrs. James A. Beasley of Milan
Mrs. Richard Giles of Arora, Ill. and 4 g.children. [McKenzie NP, 3-1-1963]

410. Johnny Rufus BELEW, GGG Grandson, M. Born on 26 Aug 1892 in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee. Johnny Rufus died in (possibly California) in Mar . Johnny Rufus was buried in Pisgah Cemetery, Atwood, Carroll County, TN.

The reference I got from Jere COX stated J.R. was buried in California. We
found his headstone in TN.

He married Ruth Pearl WALTON, F. Born on 4 Mar 1895. Ruth Pearl was 30 when she died in Carroll County, TN on 19 May 1925. Ruth Pearl was buried in Pisgah Cemetery, Atwood, Carroll County, TN.

They had the following children:

412. George Washington BELEW, GGG Grandson, M. Born on 22 Feb 1905 in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee.

He married Thelma Elizabeth JONES, F. Born about 1903. Thelma Elizabeth was 86 when she died in Milan, Gibson County, TN on 21 Apr 1989. Thelma Elizabeth was buried in Trezevant Cemetery Trezevant, Carroll County TN.

Mrs. Thelma Elizabeth (JONES) BELEW, 86, of Trezevant died Fri. April 21 at
the City of Milan Hospital, Milan. Funeral services were conducted Sun. April
23 at the Trezevant Cumberland Church with Rev. Raymond Burroughs officiating.
Burial was in the Trezevant Cemetery She is survived by her husband, George BELEW
ov Trezevant; one daughter, Betty Carol GROGGE of Columbus, OH and one sister,
Gerturde Hagle of Columbus, OH and one grandson. [Newspaper - April 21, 1989]
