Family of Holden Haleton COX (2) & Martha ?

10. Mary Jane COX. Born on 19 Oct 1836 in North Carolina. At the age of 31, Mary Jane died in Tennessee on 2 Aug 1868. Buried in Aug 1868 in Kee Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 21 Jan 1853 when Mary Jane was 16, she married William C. KEE, son of John KEE (1795-1858) & Mary DANIEL (1790-), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 1 Mar 1830 in Tennessee. At the age of 73, William C. died in Tennessee on 8 Jan 1904. Buried in Jan 1904 in Kee Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1850.

They had the following children:
i. James D.. Born about 1855.

ii. Frances E.. Born about 1856.

Frances E. married William Henry HAMLET.

iii. Joan. Born in 1862.

iv. William S.. Born in 1864.

v. Ervin U.. Born in 1867.


11. Sarah Winefred COX. Born in 1838 in Tennessee. At the age of 79, Sarah Winefred died in Oklahoma on 30 Jan 1917.

Sarah Winefred married James WILLIS, son of William WILLIS & Catherine ? (1790-). Born in Tennessee. James died in Sebastian County, Arkansas.

They had one child:
30 i. Dulcena Isabell (1860-1938)
