Family of Dulcena Isabell WILLIS (30) & William Stokes BRAY

88. Etta Enola BRAY. Born on 29 Sep 1877 in Dayton, Arkansas. At the age of 83, Etta Enola died in Shawnee, Oklahoma on 6 Feb 1961.

In Oct 1897 when Etta Enola was 20, she married Luther Clark GRAY, son of Henry Clay GRAY (1836-1875) & Christina Anna DOBSON (1845-1900). Born on 13 Sep 1873 in Boonsville, Missouri. At the age of 85, Luther Clark died in Shawnee, Oklahoma on 24 Jun 1959.

They had the following children:
i. Gracie May. Born on 4 Nov 1901.

ii. Jewell Lucille. Born on 31 Jan 1903.

iii. Roy Luther. Born on 25 Jan 1905.

iv. Arley Eugene. Born on 26 Apr 1906.

v. Cecil Claude. Born on 23 Oct 1898.

vi. Bessie Winefred. Born on 13 Jan 1900 in Dayton, Arkansas. At the age of 92, Bessie Winefred died in Fresno, California on 26 Nov 1992. Buried in Nov 1992 in Clovis Cemetery.

On 11 Aug 1916 when Bessie Winefred was 16, she married Clarence Omar GADBERRY, in Garvin County, Oklahoma. Born on 27 Jan 1897 in Newport, Arkansas. At the age of 19, Clarence Omar died in Fresno, California on 12 Aug 1916. Buried in Aug 1916 in Clovis Cemetery.

vii. Frances Fay Irene. Born on 23 Oct 1910.

viii. Elsie Lois. Born on 4 Jun 1915.


89. Hardy Haywood BRAY. Born in 1892.

Hardy Haywood married Gertrude Lady Gray CROW. Born on 7 Apr 1894 in Dickson, Carter County, Oklahoma. At the age of 69, Gertrude Lady Gray died on 23 Feb 1964. Buried on 26 Feb 1964 in El Reno, Canadian County, Oklahoma.

They had one child:
i. Glays Caswell Virginia. Alias/AKA: "Cassie".
