Iris Madalyn married Clyde SMITH.

They had one child:
i. Janet Lynn. Born on 14 Jan 1945 in Asheville, North Carlina. At the age of 55, Janet Lynn died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee in 2001.


86. Carolyn Ramelle DILL. Born on 4 May 1920 in Leach, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 79, Carolyn Ramelle died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 15 May 1999. Buried in May 1999 in Lester's Chapel Cemetery, Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.

On 17 Jul 1938 when Carolyn Ramelle was 18, she married Fred E. MARSH, son of Leo Daniel MARSH (1890-1963) & Saloma Sardis HAMLETT (1882-1959), in South Fulton, Obion County, Tennessee. Born on 6 Feb 1917 in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee. At the age of 66, Fred E. died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 15 Jan 1984. Buried in Jan 1984 in Lester's Chapel Cemetery, Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.

Gerald Marsh never married.

Obituary: Private graveside services for Gerald 'Jerry' David Marsh, 50, will be held at 12:00 p.m., today, December 24, 2003 in Lester's Chapel Cemetery. Burial will follow with Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Marsh died Monday, December 22, 2003 at his residence. He was born in Madison County, the youngest son of the late Fred E. and Ramelle Dill Marsh. Mr. Marsh grew up on Harts Bridge Road in the Lester's Chapel Community. He was a graduate of Southside High School, Jackson State Community College and received his Bachelor of Science from Union University. He enjoyed restoring cars. He was Baptist in faith. Survivors include a sister, Lynda (Jim) Conner of Jackson; two brothers, Larry (Sherry) Marsh of Sugarland, Texas and Buddy (Mary) Marsh of Murfreesboro, TN; special aunt, Marie Wade (Beauford); nieces, Shannon Bigford, Leann Whitefield and Sheri Isbell; a nephew, Ty Conner. Any memorials may be made to a charity of choice. There will be no visitation at the funeral home prior to services
