34. Beverly Alvin TUCKER Junior. Born in 1927 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930. Alias/AKA: "Junior".

Beverly Alvin married Maggie Lee KIRBY, daughter of Homer KIRBY (1894-1986) & Ada ROBINSON (1895-1970).

They had the following children:

35. Edward Lee TUCKER. Born on 15 Oct 1930 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 22 Aug 1947 when Edward Lee was 16, he married Carrie SINGLETON, daughter of Samuel SINGLETON (1906-1929) & Minnie Jane RIGSBY (1905-1992), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 18 Jan 1928 in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 76, Carrie died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 26 May 2004. Buried on 29 May 2004 in New Liberty Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in District 13, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

Carrie Singleton was living with her grandfather, William Dudley Rigsby, in 1930, in the 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Carrie Mae Tucker, 76, of Huntingdon, died Wednesday, May 26, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 29, in the chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Burial followed in the New Liberty Cemetery. Brother Phillip Halters, Brother Marshall Gurley, and Brother Tim Maness officiated. Pallbearers who served were her ten sons. Mrs. Tucker, daughter of the late Sam and Minnie Jane (Rigsby) Singleton, was born January 18, 1928, in Clarksburg. She was a homemaker, a member of the New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church, and a lifetime resident of Carroll County. She was preceded in death by two daughters Betty Mae Tucker, and an infant daughter; and one grandson, Andy D. Tucker. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Edward L. Tucker; ten sons, James (Patti) Tucker of McKenzie, Darrell (Sandra) Tucker, Rodney (Debbie) Tucker, Billy (Kathy) Tucker, Roger (Janie) Tucker, Bev (Rose) Tucker, John (Lisa) Tucker, Jessie (Louise) Tucker, Jack Tucker, and Kenny (Kim) Tucker, all of Huntingdon; fourteen grandchildren, Brian (Amanda) Tucker, Daniel Tucker, Christy (Eric) Blount, David Tucker, Dustin Tucker, Rachel Tucker, Brandi Tucker, Edward Tucker, April Tucker, Adam Tucker, Shelley Tucker, Ashlyn Tucker, and Katlin Tucker; two great-grandchildren, Shelby Tucker and Jenna Tucker; and a host of loving and caring friends.



They had the following children:
i. Betty Mae. Born on 22 Sep 1948 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Betty Mae died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 22 Sep 1948. Buried in Sep 1948 in New Liberty Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.
