803. Evelyn Jane KIRKSEY (Prince Harold KIRKSEY , Frances Odell BRINKLEY , Felix BRINKLEY , Elizabeth UMSTEAD , John Abraham , Daniel ) was born on 29 Dec 1951.

Evelyn married Jessie Franklin TOWATER, son of Ivy TOWATER and Onie BRINKLEY, on 14 May 1966 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Jessie was born on 6 May 1948. He died on 24 Sep 2016.
