He died on 10 May 2011 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. He was buried on 13 May 2011 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Robert married Patricia Dianne CROCKER, daughter of Thomas Calvary CROCKER and Dorothy Josephine MORRISETT.

They had the following children.

226. Sheri Jean WAUGH (Frances Natelle PRITCHARD , Edward PRITCHARD , Josephine WATSON , John Wilkerson Marshall , Jesse ) was born on 28 Dec 1959 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Sheri married Thomas Cloyd YARBROUGH on 15 Sep 1978. Thomas was born on 1 Oct 1956.

They had the following children.

227. Barry Glynn WAUGH (Frances Natelle PRITCHARD , Edward PRITCHARD , Josephine WATSON , John Wilkerson Marshall , Jesse ) was born on 28 Jul 1961.

Barry married Cathy Gail PRITCHARD, daughter of John Wesley PRITCHARD and Reba Christine ELKINS, on 3 Oct 1980 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Cathy was born on 17 Jun 1961.
