Family of James Alexander BARR (3) & Martha L. COX

6. Franklin A. BARR. Born in 1849. At the age of 57, Franklin A. died in 1906. Buried in 1906 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Franklin A. first married Sarah Jane GATELY, daughter of James W. GATELY & Sarah J.. Born in 1849. At the age of 32, Sarah Jane died in 1881. Buried in 1881 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
14 i. John Franklin (1881-1955)
15 ii. Willie R. (1876-1923)
16 iii. James Arthur (1881-1959)
iv. Dosh Ione.

Franklin A. second married Mollie A. STRATTON. Born in 1859. At the age of 37, Mollie A. died in 1896. Buried in 1896 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
17 i. Sidney Lee (1888-1965)
18 ii. Alja D. (1884-1968)
