6. James Alford RUSH. Born on 18 Oct 1851 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 66, James Alford died in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee on 22 Apr 1918. Buried in Apr 1918 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1870. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1860. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1880. Resided in District 9, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Alias/AKA: "Alf".

Obituary: On last Monday evening about 4:30 o'clock, the death angel visited the home of Mrs. Susie Rush and took away her beloved husband. Mr. Rush was sick only five days with blood poisoning, which caused from a scratch by a rusty nail. He left a wife and four children-three boys, Billie, John, and Hallie, and one daughter, Carrie. He was buried at Cross Roads Cemetery, Bro. A.U. Nunnery officiating.

James Alford married Cordelia Jane JOWERS. Born on 17 Jul 1853. At the age of 78, Cordelia Jane died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 16 Dec 1931. Buried in Dec 1931 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 9, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920.

Obituary: Good Woman of Near Wildersville is No More: Mrs. Corillah Jowers Rush was born July 17th, 1853, and died December 16th, 1931, at the age of 78 years. She lived with her son, Hallie E. Rush, and was for many years an invalid. At the age of 19 she was married to the late J. Alfred Rush and to this union were born seven children, three of them dying in childhood. She is survived by children, Bell, John, Hallie, and Mrs. D.C. (Carrie) Wall. A few years after he marriage she united with Mazies Chapel. Burial took place in Cross Roads Cemetery, Rev. A.U. Nunnery officiating.

They had the following children:
i. William Bell. Born on 28 Mar 1875 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 61, William Bell died on 10 Nov 1936. Buried in Nov 1936 in Jones Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1880. Resided in District 9, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Alias/AKA: "Bell".

In 1898 when William Bell was 22, he married Margie HALL. Born on 27 Nov 1874 in Tennessee. At the age of 86, Margie died on 9 Nov 1961. Buried in Nov 1961 in Jones Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 9, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910.

7. William Patrick RUSH. Born on 22 Jan 1855 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 72, William Patrick died in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee on 26 Apr 1927. Buried in Apr 1927 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1870. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920.

Obituary: William Patrick Rush, born in Henderson County, January 22, 1855, departed this life April 26, 1927, in his home, near Wildersville, having spent his entire life, except, two years, in the county of his nativity. On February 6th, 1874, he was married to Miss Elleen Powers, who died eleven years ago. Of the nine children born to them six survive. The funeral was held at Crossroads, Rev. T.M. Boyd officiating.

In 1874 when William Patrick was 18, he married Mary Ellen POWERS. Born on 7 Oct 1856 in Tennessee. At the age of 59, Mary Ellen died on 10 Jul 1916. Buried in Jul 1916 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910.

Obituary: Obituary: Mrs. Mary Ellen rush was born October 7, 1856, and died July 10, 1916, aged 59 years, nine months and seven days. She was married to William P. Rush. To this union were born eight children, six of whom survive her. Services at Parker's Crossroads school house, burial in nearby cemetery.

Nannie Gray. Born on 2 Apr 1885 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 43, Nannie Gray died on 2 Feb 1929. Buried in Feb 1929 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920.

Obituary: Dead: Last Saturday morning the Death Angel entered the home of Walter Rush and wife on Route No. 1, and claimed as it victim the life of his sister, Nannie Gray, who had been ill with pneumonia for a little more than a week. She was born April 2, 1885, and departed this life February 2, 1929, making her stay on earth 43 years. She was the daughter of the late William P. and Mary Ellen Rush, who have preceded her to the grave. She left to mourn her departure four brothers, Walter, Robert, and Willie of this place; Jessie of Julesburg, Colorado, and one sister, Mrs. W.J. Tate of Trezevant. The funeral services were held at the Baptist Church at Wildersville conducted by Rev. T.M. Boyd of Bruceton, after which her remains were conveyed to Cross Roads Cemetery, west of Wildersville. --Her friend, B.E. Todd.

On 15 Nov 1924 when William L. was 37, he married Holly Lena CARNAL, daughter of Meekins Clebert CARNAL Senior (1868-1956) & Susie W. BURNS (1871-1964), in Henderson County, Tennessee. Born in 1894 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 96, Holly Lena died in 1990. Buried in 1990 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 9, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920.

DOUGLAS, daughter of James Alexander DOUGLAS (1845-1926) & Harriet Emmaline BRAY (1852-1922). Born on 31 Jan 1893 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 39, Dessie O. died in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee on 7 Apr 1932. Buried in Apr 1932 in Jones Cemetery, Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in 1st District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910.

Obituary:

In Oct 1933 when Ester E. was 40, he second married Lessie SMITH, in Henderson County, Tennessee.
